How you can find a way out of a situation where you are trying to use thick oil, but you do not have any other needles, only thin ones. And the oil practically does not pass through these needles.

I'm having trouble answering your question. If you can't change the needle to a larger size how the heck do you fix that situation?
I know you're a really crafty and smart guy and right now you're probably going to say something similar to “use the pills!”. Or not?!

No! I won't say that.

In fact all this is solved very simply. If you can't take a larger needle than the ones you have, then just change the syringe. You need a syringe with a smaller plunger diameter.
If you have difficulty with 5 ml syringes, take a 2 ml syringe. Or (even better) take an insulin syringe and replace the insulin needle with yours. And that's it.

Just try to make this and you will immediately understand what I am talking about.
