For pulldowns I strap up right where it curves. And then the rest of my training I focus on single arm Pulls. And yes, I've definitely considered fasting on a Sunday. I'm finished with this cycle on Wednesday. For calories I'm planning on eating similarly, just cutting my portion sizes. I think my appetite will come back once I'm off the dbol. But seriously, the strength is insane. I love it. 500 went up quick today and I added an extra plate on each side for the iso leg press and did more reps and an extra set.
