I was closer to 500, and eating 4900 calories. Still eating the same meal plan just smaller portions. And extra salmon instead of a turkey sandwich to cut carbs. Lifts are still the same tho. I was sitting at 253 and I'm down to 244 after being off the dbol for about 2 weeks. Appetite is good again, I don't look as full but still hit 495 on squat without too much struggle and 390 on bench today. I'm expecting my strength to go down a little after a month or so but I'm crusing on a small dose of npp as well for joint support and muscle retention. Ate a good amount of turkey today tho😂 no sugar tho! Hope you had a good Thanksgiving too bro!

but fish is clean i got cod and salmon im doing usually not bad
and you a beast 500lbs squat very few can pull that off

btw you should slam pie and cake and whatever on thanksgiving its a refeed lol

Haha i held out, wanna get down 15 pounds on this cruise and give my body a little break. Then deca and primo.

you know to get lean you need refeed days too , so you can jack up your t3/t4 thyroid
i was doing strict for years and had a messed up metabolic rate because of it
after refeeds every 2 weeks it fixed the issue bro
most guys I train I recommend 1 cheat day every 2 weeks @n8cantrell both mentally and physically its a good thing
but you're strong I like that, stay strong and dedication, PUSH and Anabolex family always backs you :)

I'm committed to this cut, all the girls seem to like shredded guys🤦‍♂️ gym crush was talking to some skinny dude for 45 mins during one of my cardio sessions today so that's even more motivation just to rub it in her face. Idk why it pissed me off so bad, but I'm back for another cardio session. 2 hours today, 2 hours yesterday and another hour tomorrow. Just mild treadmill 2.5 mph, but i wanna see the gains i worked so hard for.
