Just start my cycle of test p 100 from Geneza
Week 1-6 125mg EOD possibly to 8 weeks depending on body reactions
In the process of grabbing some 20mg of Dbol and running that along my cycle weeks 2-6 of 20mg a day.
Have clomid for pct but not sure when I should start and if anything else is needed for a clean pct.
Buddy gave me some Letro in case of emergency.
DIET: I meal prep with 3 meals a day of chicken, ground turkey , ground beef
Veggies , jasmine rice and black beans
Whey protein post workout
BCAAS and small amount of creatine pre workout , will be adding a bag of serious mass by ON nutrition since it’s always gave me amazing results and any missing vitamins needed.

Height 5’8
Body fat is probably ridiculous considering I’ve been sitting home for 6 months and P/T isn’t much of an exercise
