you understand without actually logging your food you wont get the energy or results you want, you say you're low energy but I haven't seen 1 post with your full diet layout for at least 1 week.
Post your diet, meals foods and when you eat and amounts every day for 1 week
and do the same thing for training.
you should NOT be tired on a cycle like this something is wrong.
