Hi bro I was reading your thread and saw you just got out of prison in February 2022! You have come back with a bang huh! You got your self a good gig, a nice woman, a fat cycle and some serious goals!

I would recommend increasing your food intake and focusing on cutting body fat through cardio and chemistry rather than restricting calories. I think with the right combination of supplements your body is going to respond very well, especially considering you've likely been natural the entire time you were in jail.

can you tell us some funny trucker stories like have you ever ran anyone over for pissing you off LOL
 
I don't like truckers at all they are very nasty people in general
but you seem cool so I respect you
 
I'm sure along the way you can stop somewhere and eat a healthy meal you don't have to pack a bunch of protein powder
 
a lot of truckers That I Used to Know kept tiny refrigerators in their truck and they would prep food for the week and keep them in there can you do that?

Im getting married this year and want to be in really good shape. my woman is very fit. I’m looking to get a little more dialed in and I’m open to any advice.

Diet: OMAD with 2 protein shakes each day, 20 hour fast
M-F Consume between 4am - 8am
Dymatize Protein powder pre and post workout
1 cup white and brown rice
1/2 large sweet potatoe
10 oz skinless chicken
1 cup lentils
1 cup 2% cottage cheese
25 raw almonds

Sat/Sun
unplanned but moderate calorie intake, a lot of rest


Gear:
15 weeks
500mg Test E per week
400mg Tren E per week
600mg Boldenone (EQ) per week
4IU somatropin post workout 5 days per week
PCT weeks 16-18
Clomid 50mg per day
HCG standard dosing schedule

2000mg milk thistle
100mg zinc
4mg copper
400mcg selinium
600mg NAC
nature made triple omega EFA

Training:
High Volume non linear Superset training with as minimum rest as possible
4:30am training time
Day 1: Chest & Bicep 3 exercises per muscle group 4 sets 10 -15 rep range
Day 2: Back, Tricep, calves 3 exercises per muscle group 4 sets 10 - 15 rep range
Day 3: Legs & shoulders 3 exercises per muscle group 4 sets 10 - 15 rep range
repeat
3 mile outdoor run 6pm
Sat/Sun rest

will post training notes every couple days
bro I think the test dose too high and tren I would use ace at 75mg eod
