I was wondering what you recommend I should take with me as far as supplements when I am traveling
I’m not talking about things to help me work out or anything like that I’m talking about things that will keep me healthy and keep my stomach okay if I’m traveling to a third world country?
Also obviously it has to be legal to be taken around the world
