Time for deca cycle

I’m in my early 40’s
I used Deca durabolin a while back and I loved it but since then I have not used it.
I think I want to try it again
my plan is to do 300 mg a week, and do 500mg of testosterone
my question is how much arimidex would i need on this cycle and should I add in nolvadex or not.

no, do not add nolva... i would start with .5 mg every other day of arimidex... you should lower your test to 300 or 350 as well...

I would start with .5 mg every other day of arimidex and asses your tolerance from there. I also would not use nolvadex on this cycle, only in PCT sir

you should run proviron with it. that is the #1 ancillary to use

for deca i recommend masteron

I would actually flip your doses and do 200-300mg test and 400mg deca. With that, 12.5mg EOD of aromasin or .5mg EOD of arimidex is a good starting dose for an AI. No need for nolva on cycle.

I would do 400test 300deca that mix
arimidex .5mgs EOD and nolvadex keep on hand

Your plan is solid, add 1/2 mgs of ARIMIDEX and NOVADEX if needed, plus N2Guard for organ support
