#4 & 5. DB Reverse Lunge to High Knee (Right + Left) - 60 Sec (30 Sec each side)
#6. Squat Jumps - 30 Sec
#7. Bicycle Crunch - 30 Sec
Rest for 30 Sec
#8. Curtsy Lunges - 30 Sec
#9. Hamstring Curl - 30 Sec
#10. Plank - 30 Sec
#11. Jumping Lunges - 30 Sec
