Tren is making me a different person

I’m also extremely paranoid, angry and looking to fight people. I rode through a bad part of town with my car unlocked and the top down hoping someone would try and rob me. I also broke a chair when I lost a hand in a poker game. I got up and smashed the chair and threw it into the pool, everyone at the game got mad at me and kicked me out.
Any advice on why this happens to me while on tren?
