If 125mg/wk of Test Cyp puts me at 790ish where should I drop to try to get to 450-500? I'm thinking 80-90 mg/wk. Trying to stay at that range for the summer and let my body chill.

5 to 7 times your dose is where your test numbers ten to be and you are closer to 7 times so 80 would put you in the 550 range give or take

I would try 70-75 and see where that puts you

Stick to 125mgs/week of testosterone cypionate, on need to go up and down on doses.

Just remember 1 blood test to next is different, 125mgs is a good dose.

if you go to 450-500 i think is unnecessary use exogenous testosterone, do a PCT or if you want to maintain test do a cruise 200-250mg/week
