Had a great workout today. Sleep was not as good as the prior night but still managed to get a solid 7 hours in. The knee is still holding up well. I increased my food intake a bit today as I was still losing weight. I also added another meal to spread things out a bit.

2 cup unsweet almond milk
30 gram Quinoa protein
30 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein

2 tbsp hemp seeds
Side note:
I will be switching to just tb500 later this week and dropping the bpc157. I’m still having a little swelling around the knee so I’m dropping the bpc to see if the swelling will go down if I stop injecting near it.
