Dabbled with steroids over the years but never anything structured or disciplined. Just more of a friend gave me a vial of this or that.
Would like to get more serious and get stronger in the gym.
My plan was sustanon 500mgs a week, deca 400mgs a week. Then adding in an oral.
Would this be a sound strategy? I’m 225 pounds and 5’8’’
