how would you use lgd + ostarine if you wanted to get lean gains?
I’m currently 202 pounds and 6’1’’ with 14% body fat.
My thinking is 50mgs of each for 12 weeks. But I was reading that may not be the best dosing, hard to know who to trust.

I wouldnt honestly.
Rad140 and ostarine is better.

I would actually run GW and LGD. GW is 20mg per day and LGD only needs to be at 10mg per day.
