I'm a 5'3" female and a year ago I had a miscarriage, following that incident I weighed in at 115 pounds and got back into training. since then I have gained a lot of weight and now I am 150 pounds. I am following the advice of a personal trainer and only eating 800 calories a day, also my bloodwork is normal. any idea what could have caused this? is 800-900 calories enough?
