now in my mid-twenties I am desperate to cut off all this excess weight. Even if I can lose 50 lbs I'll be happy please help me with a supplement
everyone wants to 'take something' for everything. it's trillions of $$$'s of advertising slammed into our head. we have been taught to consume since we were kids and its considered normal.
the truth is in many instances the best thing is to NOT take something lol. look into fasting.

If there were magic fat loss pills we would all be in great shape! There are a few products that will help but without diet/lifestyle changes, you will not get results.
