what is your most lagging body part?

I was wondering what your most lagging body part was and be honest about it?
Not just now but also in the past and what did you do to bring that body part up to where it should be?
I’m currently dealing with some upper body parts that are lagging the rest of my body
I would like to know some strategies that can help with that is it about hitting those areas more often or is it about maybe hitting them more weight?

i need to work on my lats, been a tough spot
doing more pull ups but im short haha
 
whatever is lagging is what you have to work on
 
my arms usually lag my lower body
 
lats is always tough on most
 
my triceps usually are the area that lags
 
definitely legs for me because I'm a taller woman
 
I actually have a strong lower body but a weaker back
