Wednesday 13/11/2024 & Thursday 14/11/2024
Hey guys,
Checking in after a couple days again. Took Wednesday off after Tuesdays workout but hit a big chest and back session today to make up for it. I actually had some spare time at the end so did some shoulders and arms as those are my favourites to train and I’ll take any opportunity I get to push them to the max!
Really feeling strong on my rows at the moment and the back pumps I get on it are insane, although I am struggling with my chest as I find my arms (more so triceps) take over on the chest movements and I don’t get as much stimulation as I would like. Any tips from you guys would be appreciated if you have experienced the same thing.
Gonna be smashing 2 hours of BJJ tomorrow morning so will be back here again shortly for another log. Maybe a shirtless pic will go up then as I’ll burn so many calories during that.
Weekend I’ll probably take it easy and get back into it on Monday!
