Monday 11/11/2024 & Tuesday 12/11/2024
Hey guys,
First check in after the big hike on Sunday!
My body was pretty worn out after it and so I definitely was always taking Monday off the gym, and was debating today too but I thought you know what let me get some work in at least so I don’t have to cram everything in Wednesday morning, so I hit arms and shoulders today and will be hitting chest and back tomorrow.
I usually train in the morning but wanted a little more recovery time so I went this afternoon instead. I usually get a bit tired by the afternoon as I start work early so I brought in 100mg anadrol pre workout to give me a boost and it didn’t disappoint! I felt like I added at least 2-3 reps on my heavy sets with it in play which felt awesome.
I’m also leaning out a bit more day by day and I hope I’m still on track for abs by Xmas. I’ll probably throw up a shirtless pic this week and get your guys input on where I am BF% wise.
