Hey guys,
Just checking in as I mentioned I was gonna have a big session today but just felt a bit under the weather and decided to sit today out and just focus on getting some steps and let the body recover from the weights on Thursday and jiu jitsu yesterday.
I find that I grow way more with less frequent, more quality/intense workouts than just doing volume for the sake of it and with that being said, as I’m feeling a lot better tomorrow, I’ll definitely be hitting a big full body session before my hike and will post pics accordingly.
The weights tomorrow and the long hike will probably need 2 days of recovery so the next training session will probably be Tuesday next week
