Approved Log My testosterone trenbolone cycle log

Monday 4/11/2024 & Tuesday 5/11/2024

Combining these as I didn’t train today and yesterday was a lighter session.

I pinned my left delt on Sunday afternoon thinking it would be fully recovered by Monday but it wasn’t quite there and it’s still not at 100% so couldn’t do the usual arm and shoulder blaster workout I would have liked.

I hit some upper chest and did some light bicep curls/tricep push downs just to get a quick pump and stimulate the muscles a bit as I don’t like taking too many days off completely.

I’m hoping I’ll be back in action as per normal tomorrow morning with 2 working delts so I can annihilate the arms and bring the guns here to you guys lol.

Next update should be an awesome one as I’ll be coming off a well rested few days as I’ve been off waiting for the felt to recover. Gonna destroy arms shoulders and back!

Thank you man! Usually if the injection goes well I’m 100% in that are within 24-36 hours but I’ve only just come right now After about 4 days for that one so I’ll just need to do better next time. It’s all a learning experience

Thursday 7/11/2024 & Friday 8/11/2024

Hey guys!

Reporting back from the last couple of days.

Thursday I hit arms super hard but went softer on shoulders since my left delt still wasn’t quite right after Sundays pin but it’s all good now so this weekend I’ll definitely hit shoulders for sure and get them back pumped and full.

Still continuing eating 100% clean and staying hydrated and I can definitely see the progress in the mirror which is super encouraging.

A big mark of progress for me is lateral raises for sure. Pre-PEDs I would always have to push hard to do 7.5kg and when I was doing it on Thursday as I was going easy on shoulders it honestly felt weightless haha. I could do those forever!

Tomorrow I’m gonna have a big session to bring the shoulders back up, as well as hitting chest and back to complete a full weeks worth of training for the whole body (except legs lol).

With that being said, I’m going for a 20km hike on Sunday so that should grow the calves a lot.

Thank you! As far as BF% goes I’m definitely getting there but I’m not shredded by any means. You can see ab outlines but still a lot of work to do. I would say 15-16% BF right now

I find that I grow way more with less frequent, more quality/intense workouts than just doing volume for the sake of it and with that being said, as I’m feeling a lot better tomorrow, I’ll definitely be hitting a big full body session before my hike and will post pics accordingly.

The weights tomorrow and the long hike will probably need 2 days of recovery so the next training session will probably be Tuesday next week 💪
