Bro that’s total carbs including fiber, excluding fiber I eat around 70g on training days and 50 on rest.

I eat 50 grams 30 min before working out which was 4 today and training usually 2hrs a

I eat 20g which is all veggies with my steak around 1

I’ll take a test in the morning which is 12 hrs away

Ketone level was around dark from yesterday pic below
