Time to start another week guys.
Started off this morning with 45 min of fasted cardio. Not gonna alike I struggled through this one. Just wants feeling it. Afterwards hit a solid chest workout after about a 15 min warm up it went like this

115 per side for 12
125 per side for 10
135 per side for 10
Standing chest press

225 for 15
250 for 11
270 for 8
Fly machine

50s for 8
Did three sets of incline pushups to failure to end the workout.
Had a protein shake after the gym then got 50 grams of protein from egg whites for lunch with about a cup of white rice. Going to have salmon and broccoli for dinner. Looking for a week of traveling with work but will at least get my cardio in at the hotels.
