Approved Log TRT and training Log with Steroidify

Been a busy slam packed week with work and a lot of driving. For work and getting kids to trainers and practices. Hit shoulders pretty hard yesterday. Still having some pain in my left shoulder but it’s almost gone. Had to get a steroid injection in it from my nurse practitioner and it seems to alleviate all pain after a few weeks.

Shoulder press w dumbells

2 warm up sets

Set 1 - 80 lb dumbells for 14 reps
Set 2 - 85 lb dumbells for 11 reps
Set 3 - 90 lb dumbells for 8 with 2 forced reps with a spot


Lat raises with matchine
3 sets.

130 - for 14
140 - for 12
150- for 12
The numbers are no where near right on weights I can’t lat raises 75 lbs per side lol

Reverse pec deck

3 sets to failure with 90 lbs

Front raises w/dumbells

35s for 16
40s for 16
45s for 12 with a few forced reps at the end

Got a pretty good pump with this workout slacked a little this weekend on cardio but I know I’ll make it up soon. Food has been good. Had a few meals with blackened salmon and broccli wife and kids wanted Mexican and I normally just get a plate with chicken and steak mixed up on a plate. Also did a seafood boil at the house with some snow crab legs shrimp red potatoes and corn. The kids love it as much as I do lol

The important aspect is you got in got it done and the diet is also looking good, little steps forward brother, you got this, i think you look great 💪

@ballin2504 Sounds like a productive workout despite the busy week! Good work pushing through on shoulders, even with the lingering pain. It's smart to listen to your body and adjust weights as needed. Don't worry too much about a little slacking on cardio – life happens. It's great that you're finding ways to enjoy healthy meals with your family, even when they're having different cuisines. Keep up the great work!
