A supplement isn't going to magically give you lean gains. To get that you need to train hard and diet right consistently. If you are not consistent, you will not achieve your goals. There are supplements that can help along the way like creatine and HCGenerate.
You can take SARMs any time. It really doesn't matter if you take them pre workout or not. Obviously it is very different than test suspension where you would take it right before training.

Yes, it can help you train longer with more energy but won't directly add to muscle or strength gain. I would still run it in a bulk but add something else like LGD to it. Obviously food intake is going to be a huge part of gaining as well.
