Protein shake with walnuts
Lunch- 3 eggs with peppers, protein, waffle, and a banana with honey
Dinner- chicken, mixed veggies, broccoli sweet potatoes
( had a bunch of random food is on my refrigerator. I needed to clean out so I decide to eat it for dinner.
Fruit- fresh mango (1 cup) and banana (1/2 ) smoothie with honey , yogurt and protein powder
Snack- protein muffin, pistachios, omega-3 mix, protein cookie, protein yogurt
