Protein shake with walnuts
Lunch- chicken and rice
Dinner- chicken, broccoli and corn
Fruit- fresh mango (1 cup) and banana (1/2 ) smoothie with honey , yogurt and protein powder
Snack- protein muffin, pistachios, omega-3 mix, protein cookie, protein yogurt
Workout- worked out at home again today the roads are opening back up so should be back at the gym tomorrow morning
