I slept for 8 hours again. Woke up feeling refreshed and the feeling stayed throughout the day. Hit the gym hard today. The knee has been feeling really good lately, so I decided to put it to the test today. Needless to say, I was shocked at how well it held up. I may actually place well if I can continue to work out legs hard like this. After my mri on Friday, I’ll speak with my orthopedic surgeon about adding squats and deadlifts back into the mix. Gonna be upping the calories again to 4000kcal. May go 4500 or 5000 if I’m still maintaining weight.
