Back is sore af today. It’s awesome, I haven’t been this sore in a long time. I saw someone stacking a plate onto the donkey calf raise machine last week so I did it today. Probably going to do 2 plates on it next week!

It’s only 12 pound this time vs 18 during my bulk one less pound a day. Getting leaner for sure, and the added avocado helps with energy since my carbs are at 120.
