Shoulders have always been a weak point physique wise, strength isn’t bad, but I want them to pop so I’m hitting them twice a rotation. Hopefully they’ll come in more after the var kicks in. Ordered it on the 12th so it should be here by the end of the year, fingers crossed. I ate like shit yesterday ngl, I haven’t had sweets for a year tho and won’t until next Christmas time.
