Hey guys. Started my cycle last Saturday. Wanted to get in a week’s worth before I speak on it. So, I’ve been slowly adjusting to going from no testosterone/orals (cold turkey) for 3 months to about 2.5 ccs of injectables and a total of 140 mgs dbol wkly + 350 mgs anadrol wkly. So far I haven’t had any side effects besides a little prostate enlargement, problem fixed by my Ai. As I stated in the first post I’d be using it as needed and I found out quickly with the extra estrogen bloat it was bothering my prostate at 3 days with no Ai, so it’s EOOD for me. As far as the 3 iU of hgh, being my first time using it, I’m already seeing the benefits of a low therapeutic dose like 3 iU for recovery. I did not notice any swelling of the hands or tingling which is commonly referenced (by bros). I’m sure that it’s more common in higher doses if at all. @ 3 iU I get great sleep. Great like Tony the Tiger great. And im not a big sleeper I’m a wirey kinda dude. As far as the Test 500 and Deca 600, I put em both in the same shot and I got some Pip which I didn’t expect but it’s nothing. Test is of the highest quality. The dbol and anadrol are fuckin sick; they work together like pb and jelly. It’s that straight dog pack (add tren and you immediately get put into a straight jacket). On a serious note, I think it’s the hardest hitting combo for strength and hypertrophic endurance. It turns a man almost primal during any set. I’ve used some shitty injectables in the past 2 years penny pinching, sourcing local brews, taking chances. Im here to tell the newbs that it’s really a shame I didn’t come back to Domestic-Supply and other suppliers on Anabolex sooner. You can’t trust people off their word today, go with approved products. Go with only trusted, stamped products from a reputable manufacturer.
I work out 4-5 times a week my splits are Bicep/Tricep/Calves, Shoulder/Chest/Traps, Quad/Hamstring/Calves, Lats/Traps, Heavy Abdominal/Cardio. I try to get in cardio for at least 10 minutes every session. It has shown to lower my Bp into perfect range. My style of training to most would be considered bodybuilding. I’m training with intensity, I use a power lifting approach to bench press. I don’t squat heavy anymore because I have two buldging discs plus tear in the L5-6 along with some degenerate disc disease in my neck. So squatting 500-600 lbs is not my goal like it once was. As far as bench press it is my goal to get into the 400 lb club. And I don’t deadlift, I Roman deadlift with dumbbells (Sometimes).
Hypertrophy and Progressive overload. I use a lot of the Apex style program which I can’t remember the creator of it. It’s basically reverse pyramiding. The apex is climbing in reps with the same weight or climbing reps and weight. I know Admins and Vips have this in their arsenal. I like it. It’s major part of my routines. It’s made me more explosive. I’m a high repper with mainly fundamentals and safety being a priority. I love to Bench. I don’t want to have the biggest legs, my legs have always been thick, I want to be able to run sprints, jog miles, box so I think I’ll try and fine tune them, sharpen em up a little. Big back, bigger neck, and some more round shoulder caps is what I’m looking to achieve
I will be programming a West Side Barbell bench program starting this Monday and I will let you guys know how that’s going.
