I’ve had some flare ups with other lesser cycles and looking for answers led me to the idea that I’m high estrogen. The “by feel” failed also I noticed after I took two doses of 1 mg arimidex it was clear.

Appreciate it and for strength. Want to utilize as much of the water weight and size as possible for the PRs planning to attempt later. With everyone’s help and if under the right circumstances I can possibly recomp on a smaller scale as well. I’m seeing the benefit of cleaning up my diet cutting out carbs and sugar.

1mg arimidex is a VERY high dose as well at once
