I noticed a couple of oversights, the first being my fat intake which goes up to between 60 and 72g. Also, I stated August,18th instead of August,17th - Wednesday for my next workout in the GVT program (shoulders & arms). Today (August, 16th, 2022) is a rest day. I noticed tightness in my hams which didn't happen during workout, but about 30 minutes afterwards. Fortunately, it was just cramps, nothing serious, and an ice pack remedied the problem. I'll update my log as events occur, but so far, so good. Wish me luck.
