I'm resting today (August, 20, 2022), but should hit the gym to train my legs on Sunday (August 21, 2022). This will be the first routine in the 6th week of my GVT program. Yesterday was good, I really felt the pumps in my pecs and traps, no major pain, only a bit of soreness which is normal at this point. I'll keep this log updated as events unfold, have a great weekend and stay safe.
