Shoulder press 2 sets warm up, 1 set 1 rep max at 225 4 sets at 185 6 to 8 reps
Lateral raises 4 sets, rear delts with rope 4 sets, upright delt raises 4 sets, front raises 4 sets

Barbell rows 5 sets with heavy set of 3 at 275
Wide grip pulldowns 5 sets, low cable rows 4 sets heavy set 240, chin up pulldown grip 4 sets
Dumbell curls 5 sets with 50s 6 to 8 reps
Hammer curls 4 sets
Overhead cable curls 4 sets
Low cable single arm curls 4 sets
2 Drop sets of preacher curls
Sleep has been great 7+ hrs, feel great
Current diet stats for the day with 2 meals left. Should be roughly 350 grams of protein before bed. May do a fasted walk 3 days a week before breakfast.
