started using lgd and went hardcore, picked up 110lbs for a chest press and hurt my wrist i realize its stupid but already did it and now my wrist is hurting like a serious sprained wrist, went to the doctor they put a small cast on it
what do I do now? I can train legs and keep using lgd or take time of fan do some type of sarms pct?
