In 8 weeks clean mass honestly 2-4lbs is possible but not more, I'm talking straight clean.

Straight testosterone better than sustanon if you ask me, I don't like multi esters myself.
No offense taken bro LOL...I had delusions of grandeur about 10 lbs of muscle. When my lifts are spiking like they are and my pumps are blowing veins out of my quads it's hard not to think I will put on 10 LBS ahaha

Again..gains are gains. Healthy gains are what is most important at my age and I am not digging the sustanon, so I am switching to straight Enth.

I have a feeling my hematocrit is jacked, so I am giving blood this week and getting my full bloods drawn next week. I will post the results.

@Maverick602 lets get your training diet updated, dont worry about gains until we 3-4 weeks deep

UPDATE:

I will post the complete bloods when all results are in, but I was right. RBC, hemoglobin and hematocrit were all elevated.

I donated blood today and already feel better. Blood pressure was 126/78 when I donated.

I donated whole blood because I did not have time for Power Red, but next time I will make the time. I can donate again April 14th.

Waiting on liver enzymes, testosterone, estrogen and IGF levels (since I am on semorelin)

Can't wait to see the results

Current Training Update:

I updated my training protocol last week so I have been training basically as posted above for a week. My legs feel much better = more gains, but overall I felt weak and tired this week. The only day I swapped out was the second cardio day for a recovery day (sauna/cold plunge sequence) which made me feel better, but I was still wiped out.

Not sure if it is because I skipped that Tuesday recovery day and spaced out my training over an entire 7 days, but time will tell. I honestly believe I was coming down with something. The last two days I felt tired and drawn out as if my immune system was fighting something.

Feeling better today. Crushed my quad dominant day today and ended up doing 4 progressively heavier hack squats with a very narrow stance up to 615 and then a 6 set drop set to nearly puking again. I could barely walk. Loved it!
