nice job on the look man

it will be interesting to see with this type of diet what happens. how is your gut health though? no veggies or fruits?
 
Diet:
Breakfast: dynamatise mass gainer :1,200 calories
Lunch: 12 oz of beef with pasta
Snack: meal replacement bar
Dinner: pasta with 18 oz of beef
Trainning:
Cable bench: 3 sets of 12
Cable flys: 3 sets of 10
Shoulder press: 2x12 and 1x10
Cable lateral raises: 3x10
Dips: 3x10
Skull crushers: 3x10-12
Tricep pull down:2x10
is this a typical diet for you?

if so you are lacking a lot of micronutrients
 
i appreciate the compliments. I’ve been hesitant to post pics because I feel like I look like shit compared to my baseline fitness physique. My consistently has been piss poor over the years due to some “health” issues. For the most part you guys have all been very helpful and supportive and I appreciate it. I’m currently trying to tune in my diet and routine… something I know I should have had tuned in before I started the cycle, but not better time than the present.
I ordered a couple cookbooks, one is for meal prepping, something I’m going to start doing. They should be in tomorrow. I’m also ordering nolva and aromasin, that seems to be the consensus for the best way to prevent gyno. There’s no progression on it since I stopped the DBol… who woulda thought 🧐. I’ll save it for another time and will def run very low T with it.
I’ve decided to stay at 600mg/week of test as I’ve run it in the past with no issues. Still doing 175mg EOD. Taking .5mg of adex until the aromasin and nolva get here. I’ve had conflicting dosage suggestions. Is there a good staring dose for both that’s on the lower side to start?

Training today was legs
Romans: 3x12
Hack Squat, 3x18 (brutal)
Leg curls: 3x15
Leg ext: 3x15
Calf raises: 4x20
Cable hip movements(lateral and rear) : 2x15

Diet was off today
Breakfast: Mass Gainer 1,200 cals
Dinner: 2 steaks(30 oz or so), brown rice(2 cups), broccoli (2 cups) tried to make up for missing lunch
Protein shake after the gym.
I’ll start adding macros once I start meal prepping.

Supplements as of right now,
Creatine HCL : 3G’s (I’m switching to mono hydrate soon)
Multivitamin: GNC performance and vitality
Fish oil

Yeah, they should fill up within the next few months. I’ve got some daddy long legs being 6’4” and a good chunk of it being legs 😂. I will definitely admit they are lacking currently… but then again my entire physique is currently lacking. The goal for this cycle is to get back to my fitness baseline and hopefully a little further. Progress pics should be pretty telling.

Weighed in at 222lbs this morning. I’m feeling great. Going from an average of 40ish ng/dl of test to a Supra-physiologic level has made a world of difference. My energy and motivation has increased ten fold. My sex drive is back with a vengeance. My appetite has increased substantially. I forgot how much testosterone made a difference in a man’s life.
Today was an off day, but I feel like I could still hit the gym. Legs are pretty sore, but upper body feels good and strong. The cookbooks came in today, so I should start meal prepping by the end of the week.

Diet:
Mass gainer w/ banana, 1,300 cals
Protein shake: 300 cals
Steak 20oz, rice 3 cups, broccoli 2 cups. 1,000? Cals?
2 “healthy choice” frozen meals 600 cals
(Diets been hard to get in check lately, I know I’m missing quite a bit of nutrients and calories. Next week I will get it dialed in better)
