i appreciate the compliments. I’ve been hesitant to post pics because I feel like I look like shit compared to my baseline fitness physique. My consistently has been piss poor over the years due to some “health” issues. For the most part you guys have all been very helpful and supportive and I appreciate it. I’m currently trying to tune in my diet and routine… something I know I should have had tuned in before I started the cycle, but not better time than the present.
I ordered a couple cookbooks, one is for meal prepping, something I’m going to start doing. They should be in tomorrow. I’m also ordering nolva and aromasin, that seems to be the consensus for the best way to prevent gyno. There’s no progression on it since I stopped the DBol… who woulda thought
. I’ll save it for another time and will def run very low T with it.
I’ve decided to stay at 600mg/week of test as I’ve run it in the past with no issues. Still doing 175mg EOD. Taking .5mg of adex until the aromasin and nolva get here. I’ve had conflicting dosage suggestions. Is there a good staring dose for both that’s on the lower side to start?
Training today was legs
Romans: 3x12
Hack Squat, 3x18 (brutal)
Leg curls: 3x15
Leg ext: 3x15
Calf raises: 4x20
Cable hip movements(lateral and rear) : 2x15
Diet was off today
Breakfast: Mass Gainer 1,200 cals
Dinner: 2 steaks(30 oz or so), brown rice(2 cups), broccoli (2 cups) tried to make up for missing lunch
Protein shake after the gym.
I’ll start adding macros once I start meal prepping.
