I'm 28m/6'3"/205lbs/15ish%bf.
Currently at the end of a cycle. Test/primo/npp for majority of cycle.
Pulled npp and ran eq for the last 16wks.
I also experimented with inj. Winny at 1 point(results were great. Pip and cellulitis infection was not, and definitely put a dent in the results) I'm still running test C at 600mg and primo at 300mg with 5mg cialis eod.
I'll stay at this dose til I have gotten a little more info on gh and have my plan/supps/equipt and safeties in place.
I stay between 3500/4000cals (not as consistently as I'd like.) I work a labor intensive jon and walk several miles a day + strenuous activity so honestly it's probably not enough food. Not super strict diet. But I drink no soda (except my daily sugar free redbull), I don't really do fried food anymore, and hit 250g of protein daily. I do occasionally binge on sweets from time to time if I take my sleeping pill.. shamelessly though
I gym 4(minimum) to 5 days a week depending on work/family. Which is probably over training in regards to specifically my diet and activity at work. Which I know limited my gains this cycle.(results have still been phenomenal)
I'm looking forward to documenting this. Learning, and GROWING Super happy to have found this forum.
GOAL: Get to 240/250lbs and maintain for a few months, find a competition, sign up, and begin prep. My aspirations aren't for Arnold or Olympia, but I'm gonna try like fuck to see if I have the genetics, determination, wil to get my pro card.
