Approved Log My 1st HGH and TRT+ cycle log

@testNthc I would do a bit more fasting, can you add 16-24 hours fasts to clean up the bloods?
I eat my last meal between 9/10pm and don't start eating again til 1130/1pm depending on when I get time for lunch.

Then I eat on the way home from work, nap, and have a snack. Then gym, meal, shower, read or whatever with usually 1 moderate sized meal or a good snack.

I've been experimenting with this but idk if it's conducive to my activity level to sustain my weight /gaining.

Sorry fellas for the lack of posting.

Updates: training had to be cut to 4x a week for now due to house hunting, packing, moving, work, kids, etc.

1: chest/tris TODAY

Dips:
1 x 20 with 🤌 form and a slower cadence.
1 x to failure.

Incline smith bench:
Warmup 2 maybe 3 lighter warmup sets focusing on the stretch and a slow controlled temp with as close to perfect form as I can execute.
1 x 10/12 105lbs
2 x 10/12 155lbs
1 x 6/10 185lbs
1 x 4/6 205lbs(failure)
1 x failure 155 with a slower tempo and focus on form, once form isn't up to par, blast partials until failure.


Across body cable extensions :
2 x 12+ 20lbs

Vbar triceps pushdown:
2 x failure 67.5lbs

Cable flies:
2 x per fly targeting each portion of chest.
6 sets total sets
1st set of each is to 20
2nd is to failure 1 or 2 weight increment heavier

Overhead single arm tricep extentions:
2 x failure with whatever weight I can get 12+ reps with.

206lbs

Macros:
3k cals+
250g protein
Limited sugar intake.
Trying to gain weight and am very active so my carbs stay high and I don't really worry about them because of my activity level.
My fats I also am not too concerned with because again, bulk.
1GAL water daily

4iu daily
-currently 1iu AM / 1iu pre-workout w pre-workout meal/ 2iu before bed.
¿Should I just be pinning all 4iu before bed instead of splitting them?
500mg test c split MWF
200mg primo for my e2 split MWF
5mg cialis EOD

I am still not seeing or feeling much of a difference with the GH yet, but that includes negative sides. Which I have 0, not tingling or numbness in hands or feet.
 
To followup with the update.
4iu GH daily 1 AM 1PM and 2 before bed.
Down to 450 test c and 150mg primo l, both pinned mwf.
Cialis 5mg eod


Cals 3500+
Protein 250g
Sugar < 100g
Carbs limitless. I walk 7+ miles M-F, weight train 4 to 5 days a week, and I'm trying to bulk so I have no hate for the carbs atm.
I do have 1 cheat meal EoD or if I haven't hit my cals yet. I know there are better ways, I'm working on it.


Gonna do measurements soon and see how my dimensions have changed soon.

great job so far you want to make sure you stay lean going into your older age

great job on that your body fat has to be extremely low
 
make sure you're training your core hard
