form and a slower cadence.
1 x to failure.
Incline smith bench:
Warmup 2 maybe 3 lighter warmup sets focusing on the stretch and a slow controlled temp with as close to perfect form as I can execute.
1 x 10/12 105lbs
2 x 10/12 155lbs
1 x 6/10 185lbs
1 x 4/6 205lbs(failure)
1 x failure 155 with a slower tempo and focus on form, once form isn't up to par, blast partials until failure.
Across body cable extensions :
2 x 12+ 20lbs
Vbar triceps pushdown:
2 x failure 67.5lbs
Cable flies:
2 x per fly targeting each portion of chest.
6 sets total sets
1st set of each is to 20
2nd is to failure 1 or 2 weight increment heavier
Overhead single arm tricep extentions:
2 x failure with whatever weight I can get 12+ reps with.

Limited sugar intake.
Trying to gain weight and am very active so my carbs stay high and I don't really worry about them because of my activity level.
My fats I also am not too concerned with because again, bulk.

¿Should I just be pinning all 4iu before bed instead of splitting them?

I am still not seeing or feeling much of a difference with the GH yet, but that includes negative sides. Which I have 0, not tingling or numbness in hands or feet.
