Thanks man she my world. Training arms today going to be a good one ill update this afternoon.
 
Fux guys ended up w the worst headache and my sinuses clogged up af. Today was a wash for the gym but I did crush arm wrestling shit in my garage. Tomorrow is another day looking to get in there tomorrow.
I know how that goes and what that feels like being clogged up in the head fucking sucks.

Hammer curls
70lbs 1x10
80lbs 1x10
100lbs 1x10

Preacher bench
40lbs each side 80lbs total
Teardown by 10lb increments and back up
20 close grip pull-ups

Triceps
3x10 dips

Cable machine
Single arm pull downs
45lbs 3x10 each arm
Over head arm extension
30lbs 3x10

Cable machine
Sholders
Cable cross
35lbs 3x12

Lat pull-down
120lbs 3x10

Cable machine
Chest
90lbs 2x10 each position high, low, med really focused on time under tension on the squeeze. I always focus on that and literally think about the muscle ripping and getting bigger and stronger every workout I do. Usually I like to hold 3-5 seconds per lift and also focus on a controlled slow release.

Breakfast was 6 eggs, greek yogurt w blueberries, large cup of beet juice and water.

Not sure what's for dinner but it will consist of meat and rice for sure and some veggies.
