Yes I've been listening to the podcasts and it's actually perfect because my career part makes it easy. I'm learning more then I ever thought. I really didn't know how deep some of this stuff went and I'm happy to be in this community! Also a far as logs go this week be very difficult of a journey for me simply because I work long hours and getting in the gym will be tough. But I'm going to make it happen!

I wish I knew. My test was at 334 at that time. Not sure why but it wasn't anabolic steroid related. I'm thinking either poor diet or when someone shot me in the testicle with a paintball gun point blank. I can only speculate though.

Turns out after listening to the podcast I realize I actually have been putting my body into ketosis accidently and that has to be the majority of the reason I lost so much weight so quickly. Now all I have to do is work out right after I wake up to really make it burn off. I am working 5pm to 5am and I eat around 3pm, then while working I'll eat maybe around like midnight to 2am. Then when I'm off work I'll go straight to sleep without eating and I'll be up again at 1-3pm the next day before I eat. Now I just need to workout after I wake up around 1-3pm and I'll be really cooking with Cristo. Also I may have had a vitamin deficiency because ever since I started drinking FRESH SQUEEZED and yes I mean straight from an orange not store bought, I have been feeling better and losing weight between that and fasting. Not to mention I only drink water at work and enhanced water for dinner.
Before you use steroids, definitely you want to lean up a little bit.
I know guys, I work with in the oil industry, who do a lot of driving in their trucks and yes, they're all out of shape.
Yeah that sounds like me. Out of shape like no other. However I need to at least take a trt dose amount and I'll get major progress quickly because I'm not genetically obese. I mean I don't look fat with clothes on but I never had a belly either before. Pics will be coming soon!
I mean I don't look horribly overweight but for what I'm use to I don't like it. Now of a dad bod now. I wanted to use primo but my hair is already very thin at age 30. May just be from low T though. We shall see where this journey takes me
Yeah that's what I'm struggling with. Because my low T levels i can't summon the energy to have a good workout. Mentally I can get myself to the gym. But physically I feel fatigued, and drained before I even start. No good pumps and just feel lazy. Most of the reason I'm doing this is because I really want my energy back and that will all start with test and I can grow it into more such as building muscle once I have my energy back. I'm pretty excited
I've never felt so welcomed anywhere else online like I have on here. Yall really are some very awesome and understanding people and hope I'm part of this community for life. BTW my quads are smaller then yours and I can prove it lol
