Been a bit slack on the food posts recently, breakfast has mainly been the same two heaped cups of oats, followed by protein shakes and fruit until lunch Bananas and apples , Six to eight eggs scrambled at lunch, more fruits and protein shakes until dinner, Two pieces of Porterhouse steak with baked potatoes cut into chips and baked pumpkin tonight, and earlier in the week meal prepped homemade chow Mein made with lean beef and diced veggies for when wanting a break from steak, looking forward to some chicken breast in the coming week
