Hey guys first of all I’d like to say I have both good and bad news

Firstly with the good, some girls brother approached me at the gym and gave me her number since she liked me. Along with this I’m down to 176 pounds.


Second the bad news: my blood pressure has been how this past week it dipped to an all time low of 108/50 shortly after I passed out after feeling light headed for the past couple days. After waking up I was given food: nothing bad just some mixed nuts and fruit but I think I definitely went off plan today. Feeling better tho. What do you guys want to do ? Take away fasting or do a refeed lmk.

we have time before you meet the girl, you can do 1 day refeed, eat anything you want but for 2 meals only and rest after dont train BUT dont drop off on us bro youve done it before

you have hypotension which is extremely rare man.. i mean such a thing is UNHEARD of among americans or bodybuilders.

it could be caused by an electrolyte imbalance from fasting. so i would ease off on the fasting until things normalize. you might also notice high heart rate too when you fast also caused by electrolyte imbalance. its important when you fast a lot to monitor these things and make adjustments and even break your fast

Kept it pretty clean for the most part did mostly carbs

Meal 1 : 4 homemade buckwheat pancakes with a box of medjool and 2 bananas and a little home made maple syrup one medium sweet potato , 3 pieces of New York strip steak and some dried figs with honey and maple syrup

Meal 2 : salmon hibachi with extra salmon , sashimi pieces like 15 ish and 2 sushi rolls

I was drinking 2 gallons of water with 7g of sodium in it is it water to salt level too high to where I’ll need to increase sodium to 10g?

Yes bro my electrolyte supplement has 1000mg of sodium per serving and I’ll put 3.5 servings in my gallon water bottle and I’ll fill that up more time then put another 3.5 servings in
