Water + electrolytes:
4gal, 10g sodium, 5 g potassium, 800mg magnesium

Cardio: 13 miles fasted walking and 30 min stair master level 4 non fasted

Additional supp: 6 g oral l carnitine

Oh I thought the macros were 80g protein and 120 fat. Is it supposed to be 100g fat? With the stair master I decided to add that in as extra cardio post lift, since I usually stick to 13 miles of walking a day. Yesterday was an outlier since I had someone to talk to on treadmill

If I pull a .5 should I switch to those macros since it’s the baseline reading for keto

@Monogordo5 everyone has a setback at some point, just because you gave into carbs does not mean you cant get back in the game and into keto, you got this man!
 
@Monogordo5 are you training more for endurance ? 50 straight reps on biceps is alot of volume, what is the aim or goal brother ?
The plan was to do 50 reps for a few days to help deplete the glycogen stored as quickly as possible. Currently I’m more focused on 25 reps. Trying to get lean for summer atm I’m around 12-13% bf
