remember n2guard already has multi vitamin and omega and other minerals in the formula so no need to add more if you don't want to.
 
why put carbs into your system pre workout?

not necessary especially if you are recomping/cutting.

go low weight like 100 but squeeze the reps and hold

Yea I haven’t tried it yet. I’m planning to on Saturday when I do my grocery shopping for the week.
Today before my workout I had a block of cream cheese and that really made a difference so I might try that for a little

For the shoulder press I’m doing it on a hammer strength mts machine. Should I still keep the weight lower?

If cream cheese works no need to add carbs. Your body burns fat for energy now so add cream cheese or some MCT oil both will work.

I would not do any overhead movements for shoulders with heavy weights, military press or overheads or otherwise, this is like most injuries in our industry bro
i would do lateral raises and front and back raises instead
