50 g Protein shake with honey and oats

Protein shake with walnuts

Lunch- 3 eggs with peppers and a banana with honey

Dinner- steak and mixed veggies

Fruit- fresh mango (1 cup) and banana (1/2 ) smoothie with honey , yogurt and protein powder

Snack- protein muffin, pistachios, omega-3 mix, protein bar, protein yogurt

Update I’m definitely sick. I don’t understand how bc I never get sick. My symptoms are nausea coughing headache, congestion, weakness.

say on your cycle but you need to up your calories
add daily chicken soup
double your n2guard dose to 14 caps (yes 14 capsules) take 2 caps every 1 hour
and you have vitamin D C elderberry on hand?
