Deadlifts are totally fine. I’m working with a PT to make sure we done aggravate my knee. So far the only thing I can’t seem to do is a bar loaded back squat. Anything in a front loaded squat is totally fine. I experimented with some back rack sand bag squats yesterday and that was totally fine too!
I’ll be posting a good log. The holidays were kind of a mess but managed to keep it all under control. I’ll post photos as well
