Yeah I’ve been like that since I was a teenager. When I first learned about intermittent fasting in my early 30s I was like, hmmm, been doing that all these years and didn’t even know. Also I like to go to bed about 9pm so I really like to give myself a 3 hour ish window to digest so I’m not going to bed on a full stomach.

time restricted eating is how our stomachs were desigend to eat. you will sleep better, have more energy, have less gut problems, build more muscle, lose more fat etc etc. its in our DNA to eat like this which is why you feel so much better doing it vs. eating every 2 hours

The weekend was good had a nice 5 mile ruck Saturday, was cut short do to the 7” of rain we got the evening before. Got to rescue a catfish swimming down the center of the road, the shit you see in rural southwest Texas when it floods. Finished 5 mile ruck on Sunday. Sunday weigh in and measurements I was down 1.5lbs from last week and down a half inch in waist size. Todays diet wasn’t the best but I am trying to reduce carb intake. Have gone from probably 400g a day pre cycle to around 150g. Also today I started Anavar 15x2 daily plus 10mg sublingual pre workout on training days.

All caloric intake is from 12pm-6pm
(Except coffee and supps upon waking)

@Ravenson you are on point, cardio up, carbs down but fats need to come up over 100 grams you're close

fasting is def key
 
Fats are over 100g I just don’t count my fish oils in my macros. It throws off my diet tracker and gives me all hell when my fats get above 25% of my diet.
@Ravenson you should add the fish oil to the macros, it's throwing us off

please redo with proper macros for us at least
